Limited food options available, Issues with room maintenance!!! The noise from both street traffic and the nearby metro disrupts any chance of a peaceful night's sleep!!! How about some better parking solutions and more attention to the cleanliness of shared areas!!!

My stay was enjoyable, especially with the easy walk to Avenida dos Aliados and the beautiful Jardins do Palacio de Cristal, perfect for leisurely strolls. plus, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the visit.

The breakfast desserts were culinary wonders that fueled our day! The hotel was centrally located, making it a breeze to hit up nearby gems like Uata and Antunes. The staff’s welcoming vibe with a glass of wine on arrival was a classy touch.

We had little space for our clothes, so our suitcase stayed as a wardrobe. Breakfast was great. when the food was there! We often waited 10-15 minutes for refills, but the experience still sparkled.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions and next to the metro, making airport access easy. The breakfast offered plenty of variety and started early, which was a plus. However, noise from street traffic was quite disruptive at night, and the elevator service was slow, especially during peak times.

Had a great stay! The breakfast offered so many options, and the bar had some excellent snacks. The mattress was a bit too firm for my taste, but still, I’d return without a doubt!

Optimal selection for a trip in Porto, great value for money. The staff was really helpful and switched our room so we could check in early, which I appreciated. Try to get a room away from the street for a quieter night.

This hotel boasts an amazing location, just a minute's walk from the Trindade metro station, making it super easy to get around. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and each day, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job, leaving us with fresh towels and water. Breakfast was a highlight with its delightful pastries and a wonderful selection of options, really setting us up for a day of sightseeing. Just a minor note for improvement, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped at times, especially during the busier hours.
